VIRTUAL DESIGN CONSULTATION
Our virtual deign consultation is perfect for those who don't know where to begin, or are simply seeking guidance as to the best way to proceed with a "do-it-yourself" landscape-design or outdoor-space plan. This call is also a great first-step for those planning on meeting or hiring a local contractor for their backyard install or build and gives you the opportunity to approach the contractor better informed and/or with a design concept/plan you can take to your local installer. A virtual design consultation gives you the opportunity to work one-on-one with a professional designer that will help translate your thoughts and ideas into a beautifully inspired space. 60 or 90 minute Zoom video call options are available.

ONSITE DESIGN CONSULTATION
Our onsite consultations include a survey of your property with one of our Designers who will discuss how you envision yourself using and living in your space. You will be asked all the right questions about your likes, dislikes, must-haves and other ideas and requirements. The Designer will then survey your property and take all the appropriate measurements needed to either provide 3D Design Renderings + and estimate or just an estimate. It is up to you, whether you want renderings or not.

3D Renderings Cost are dependent on the size of your yard. Our pricing can range from:

Front Yard Only: $2500 - $3000
Back Yard Only: $3500 - $5000
Front & Back Yard: $4500 - $7500
IMPORTANT NOTE: 50% of any design cost is credited back toward the install IF you choose us as your installer/builder.

- 3D Renderings Images of the proposed Design which we will work together to finalize.
- 1 Full Re-Design is Included in the initial design fee.
- Material Selection Consultation
- Detailed Estimate of the install cost (including labor + material).

3D DESIGN RENDERINGS
3D Design renderings can be ordered/purchased whether you are local or not. If you are local, we will conduct an Onsite Design Consultation and measure your property for you. If you are outside of San Diego, CA - we will submit a form you can fill out and send back to us that will have some brief questions, including measurements. We are also able to download the GIS data to get a close accurate layout of your property that can aid in the measurements you submit.

DESIGN INSTALL / BUILD
We do landscape installs/builds on residential new-development properties/homes and also on existing residential renovations. We also do installs on commercial properties needing landscaping (both hardscape or softscaping). You do not have to have Design Renderings for us to do an install. Some clients don't need design renderings and can go from an Onsite Design Consultation (verbal design consultation), directly to install. This is normally the case with smaller, less elaborate projects.

Step 3: Walkthrough of the property with Crew Manager

SPACE STYLING
Styling and decorating of an outdoor space is just as important as the hardscape deign - in fact, it is the finishing touches that bring all the elements of the design harmoniously together. A poorly styled outdoor space can truly take away from the impeccable hardscape design. We make the process of selecting furniture and accessories a stress experience, and ensure your new exterior is warm, inviting and as luxurious as your interior.

Styling can be purchased as a separate package or an add on. Pricing varies depending on space size.

HOA PLAN SUBMISSIONS
Many clients have come to us asking for help with installation plans needing HOA submission. HOA submissions are sometimes required for both new-development residential homes and existing outdoor renovations. This normally requires us to draw out the Design (provide 3D Renderings) and provide material and plant ledgers. HOA submissions are normally included in the Design Rendering Cost (see "3D Design Renderings" above).
